Delete your account

Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe · com.heythemapps.TicTacToe

If you only played offline, there is nothing to delete. Games against the computer and two-player games on one phone never reach a server. Uninstalling the app removes everything.

If you still have the app

This is the quickest route and it takes effect immediately.

  1. Open Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe.
  2. Tap the chart icon at the top of the main screen (Your record).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete online account.
  4. Confirm.

If you have already uninstalled it

Email heythemdev@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe account.

Accounts here are anonymous — there is no email address or username attached to one — so please include your player ID if you have it. It is shown at the bottom of the Your record screen in the app. Without it, an account cannot be matched to a request, and the honest answer is that it will simply expire on its own.

Requests are answered within 30 days, and normally within a few days.

What deletion removes

  • Your account and any display name
  • Every signed-in session, immediately
  • Your place in matchmaking
  • Games still in progress, which are ended
  • Finished games keep their moves, labelled with a random identifier that no longer refers to any account or person
  • Records of games against the computer, which live only on your own phone and are removed by uninstalling

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Playing online again afterwards creates a completely new account with no connection to the old one.
